Building Officials Association of Texas – Building Officials Association of Texas recognizes the good work of our building departments with awards for code professionals, administrative support, code enforcement, and chapter recognition. BOAT is also organized to provide the latest code educational seminars four times a year in different locations throughout our great State of Texas. BOAT also helps cities in need of immediate assistance in emergency weather occurrences or disaster relief.
